This session, we’re highlighting the fresh flavors of winter and spring. From cozy winter favorites like root veggies, citrus, and whole grains to bright spring ingredients like berries, herbs, peas, and zucchini, young chefs will discover how tasty seasonal produce can be — all while learning kitchen skills, teamwork, and food science.

Your child will:

Cook and bake with ingredients like carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges, berries, spinach, and more. Create sweet and savory recipes from scratch. Learn the “why” behind the recipes. Build kitchen confidence while having fun with friends
